Hand Embroidery

Nester Bidong created this sweet image of a mother feeding her baby, sitting on a mat with containers of food and a butterfly drifting by. The piece measures 6" x 7.5". Imagine it framed in a child's room, or used on a baby album or tote bag!

Nester shares these thoughts: “Thank God for given opportunity to join this group.  I have done a lot with the income from the pieces sold.  I have been using this money for P.T.O.  Paying school fees, bought a piece of land for cultivating, and medication.  I also got clean water from water and sewage cooperation.  Thanks.  May God bless you!”

Nester lives in Goli, northwest Uganda. She is very active in her community.
