Caroline lives in Goli and works at the offices of Nebbi Dicoese. Goli is located in northwest Uganda near the border with the Congo. She is in a group of similar women called the Secretariat, and they are excellent helpers at the Threads of Blessing conference.
Caroline offers this testimony about her life and her membership with Threads of Blessing.
