Regular price $400.00 Sale

"And God said," Let there be light," and there was light.  God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.  God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night."  And there was evening, and there was morning - the first day."  (Genesis 1:3-5)

Created by Oliver Nalunga, this extraordinary tapestry measures 22" x 20.5" and is embroidered completely in tiny french knots.  It is a perfect match with "Let the waters teem..." embroidered by Barbara Nabbanja and pictured below and elsewhere on the website.

From Oliver:  "I have benefited in many ways from Threads of Blessing.  I have made new friends and also have income so that I can pay my children's school fees,  They now have a bright future.  I praise the Lord for all the supporters and the wonderful work they are doing in Uganda."

Oliver lives in Mukono where Uganda Christian University is located.  Her group names Kiwanga means "Son of God."  They meet every Saturday afternoon.
